This app is a utility for generating and retrieving passwords using pretty patterns between dots. It lets you enter a graphical pattern and a plain text seed word, and then generates a password based on this unique combination.
As long as you enter the same pattern and seed word the generator will always output the same password. So as long as you remember the pattern you've chosen and your seed words, you can get your passwords back. But no password information is stored on the device or sent over the net, so there is no information that can be stolen or lost.
There is also a macOS version of DotPass available in the Mac App Store, so you can easily access the same passwords on your computer as well.
To make these passwords secure you must of course keep your pattern and seed words secret, just as you would with your password. For added security the app automatically resets the pattern and seed if left in the background more than a minute. To prevent anyone looking over your sholder you can also enable the settings to hide the password and/or pattern.

The passwords generated by this app are in no way guaranteed to be secure or unbreakable by hackers. This app is only a tool that generates passwords from a combination of a pattern and a string. How you chose to use these passwords is your responsibility.
